Kanye West Says He Is Cool With Paparazzi After Arrest
Just a day after Kanye West was arrested regarding an incident with a photog at LAX, the rapper insists he is “cool” with photographers. The rapper was arrested Thursday morning at Los Angeles International Airport on vandalism charges after he allegedly smashed a photographer’s camera that valued at more than $10,000.
“I’m cool with the paparazzi,” he wrote in a blog posted Friday.
West added that the paparazzo taking pictures of him at LAX “wasn’t cool.”
“This guy wasn’t cool,” he said. “I gotta work now…I’ll rant later!”
West, 31, was released from an LAPD station on $20,000 bail. He is due in court on October 2. His manager was also arrested in the incident and faces vandalism and battery charges.
