Donald Trump Steps In To Help Ed McMahon
Donald Trump has decided to help Ed McMahon out of foreclosure. All while trying to make a buck of course.
“I’m trying to help,” Trump tells “The Insider”. “All I can do is try. He is a great iconic figure but whether you are iconic or not, this is no way to live the latter part of your life.”
“We’ll just see if the bank is reasonable,” he adds. “It is a real mess.”
The Donald is working on a deal to purchase the home and lease it back to the former “Tonight Snow” star. If you have read any of Donald’s books, he is known for “helping” someone out all while getting good in the public image and purchasing real estate for himself.
It’s a win, win situation! Good work Trump!
“When I was at the Wharton School of Business I’d watch him every night,” Trump told the Times. “How could this happen?”
McMahon bought the six-bedroom, five-bathroom, 7,000-square-foot house in January 1990. The home was listed at $4.6 million last weekend — down from a peak price of $7 million. Sound like a good deal to you as well???
