Manny Ramirez Traded To Dodgers

It’s being reported that the Los Angeles Dodgers have acquired top slugger Manny Ramirez from the Boston Red Sox in a three-team deadline day deal, the LA club announced on Thursday.

After months of complaining to the Red Sox organization, it’s about time the team traded Manny Ramirez.

Left fielder Jason Bay moves to Boston from the Pittsburgh Pirates said a report on the Dodgers official website (http://losangeles.dodgers.mlb.com).

It added that third baseman Andy LaRoche and former first round draft pick pitcher Bryan Morris had moved from the Dodgers to the Pirates as part of the switch and the Pirates also received two young players from the Red Sox.
