Police Determine Shia LaBeouf Not At Fault For DUI Crash
Shia is one lucky dude. Police have determined that the actor was not at fault in Sunday’s car crash that sent him and two others to the hospital.
The findings will thankfully save Shia from receiving felony charges stemming from the DUI crash.
Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore says they have determined that the other driver ran a red light, the night of Shia LaBeouf’s accident. Shia was turning left when his truck collided with the other car and flipped over.
“He was not at fault,” Whitmore said of the Transformers actor.
