Shia LaBeouf Busted For DUI After Nearly Fatal Car Accident
Actor Shia LaBeouf has been busted for a DUI and is in the hospital this morning after a terrible car crash in Hollywood early Sunday morning.
It’s being reported that police responded to a two-vehicle collision at around 2:30 a.m. LaBeouf was making a left turn when his vehicle struck another.
The 22-year-old Transformers star sustained injuries to his left hand, which will require surgery, a police sergeant told E! News.The female passenger in LaBeouf’s car and the woman driving the other vehicle suffered minor injuries. All three were taken to Cedar Sinai Medical Center, where they reported remain at this time.
Shia was booked on suspicion of DUI and released from sheriff’s custody to go to the hospital.
Law enforcement tell TMZ, Shia LaBeouf will not be booked on felony DUI charges because the person in the other vehicle only sustained minor cuts and bruises.
Thankfully nobody was ’seriously’ injured in this tragic accident and is another friendly reminder to NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!
