Heidi and Spencer Go House Shopping
Well ladies and gentlemen, as much as we all like to hate on Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, the duo sure is raking in the money.
TMZ is reporting that the corny couple went house shopping and were looking at $12 million dollar homes in Malibu! Yes, Speidiweb can afford a $12 MILLION dollar home!
They looked at two homes: the aforementioned $12 mil beach house (also for rent for $50k a month) and a 10,000 sq. ft. estate with an asking price of more than $15 mil.
TMZ thought it was a big publicity stunt like always so they called the real estate agent to confirm. Though it could still be a publicity stunt, realtor Sandro Dazzan says they’re “serious buyers,” although he doesn’t think they’ll pull the trigger right away.
Dazzan said they can afford the $12 million beach house right now, but that they’re “at least six months” out from being able to afford the bigger house.
Wow, talk about making the big bucks. Have to give them credit on this one.
