Amy Winehouse’s Husband Slapped With 27 Month Jail Sentence
It looks like Amy Winehouse will be without her husband Blake Fielder-Civil for another couple years after the latest sentence that was handed to him on Monday.
A judge on Monday sentenced Amy Winehouse’s husband to 27 months in jail for assault and obstructing justice.
Blake admitted to beating up pub manager James King in a barroom fight in 2006 and then offering him $400,000 to keep quiet about it.
Judge David Radford told Fielder-Civil he had behaved in a “gratuitous, cowardly and disgraceful” way.
Amy Winehouse did not show up to support her husband in court.
