DMX Arrested Again, This Is Not A Joke
DMX is definitely becoming a household name around the Maricopa County Jails after his latest arrest. And yes, this is on top of his arrests on July 2, June 27, June 23, May 9 and May 7 of this year.
Earl Simmons was arrested today for allegedly giving a false name and Social Security number to the Scottsdale’s Mayo Clinic back in April while trying to avoid paying $7,500 in medical expenses. Yet again, no the brightest move in the world.
The rapper was arrested outside of a Phoenix mall on a felony charge of taking the identity of another and booked in the Maricopa County Jail, according to reports.
DMX might as well kiss his chances of seeing the sun rise again good-bye. Prosecutors will be slapping the one time rapper with the max on these latest offenses.
