The inspiration behind Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s twin’s names has finally been revealed after Jolie gave birth to a son and a daughter Saturday in a French hospital.

The couple named their son Knox Leon and daughter Vivienne Marcheline.

According to reports, Knox is a nod to Pitt’s grandfather and Leon is a tribute to Jolie’s great-great grandfather.

The name Vivienne reportedly has to family ties but Marcheline pays tribute to Jolie’s mother Marcheline Bertrand, who died of ovarian cancer last year.

Very creative names for the gifted ones.
