Britney Spears is getting serious about having her kids back.  Brit Brit has rehired her previous Lawyer, Laura Wasser, to represent her in the proceedings.

Brit and Kevin are both at court this morning to discuss the custody arrangement of their boys.

She finally has a team of great lawyers, so chances are looking bright for Britney getting joint custody of the little ones by the end of summer.
