Billy Ray Cyrus Breaks Silence On The “Today” Show About Miley Cyrus Photos
For the first time ever on TV, Billy Ray Cyrus decided to speak out about daughter Miley Cyrus’ controversial Vanity Fair photos where she “appeared” topless.

“I didn’t know they were going to strip her down and wrap her in a blanket,” Cyrus said on the “Today” show. “I was surprised when I saw it … but, hey, that’s life. Stuff happens.”
He says that when the pictures came out, he decided to play it cool and not have harsh words with the mag, saying he thought to himself, “‘Okay, this happened. We gotta deal with it.’”
