i’m 19, and i love miley bc she’s smart with a good head on her shoulders. the pic isn’t even clear so, who knows, they could be on like a couch or something! basically whooo cares? however, i did see the pic with her bra out. that’s a little different, but she apologized to her younger fans so it should blow over.
