Johnny Depp Voted Britain’s Favorite Actor
In a recent poll by the Cinema Advertising Association, Johnny Depp was voted Britain’s favorite actor.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star took the largest number of votes across all ages and genders.
He beat home-grown stars such as Daniel Craig, Sir Anthony Hopkins, Sir Sean Connery and Orlando Bloom.
CAA spokeswoman Anna Cremin said: “Depp has such a wide appeal demonstrated by moving from serious films like Donnie Brasco to blockbusters and comedies. Few other actors have managed to be so versatile.”
