Nick Hogan Ordered To Stay In Jail

A Florida judge is not going to take it easy on Nick Hogan. He has ruled that Hulk Hogan’s son Nick Bollea must serve out the remainder of his eight-month sentence, TMZ.com reports.

Bollea, 17, was jailed on May 9 for felony reckless driving charges stemming from an August 26 car crash that left pal John Graziano with brain injuries.

Bollea’s lawyer filed a motion on Monday asking that his client be put on house arrest until he turns 18 on July 27. A lawyer for the Graziano family told TMZ.com that they opposed the motion “with every fiber of their being.”

According to TMZ.com, Bollea complained that it “wasn’t fair” he was in solitary confinement because he could not be placed with the general population.

In a jail house call released between Bollea and his mother Linda, he says, “I’m going crazy in this room, it’s like half the size of my bathroom and no windows or nothing. Like just one little, like, you know, cot bed thing.”

Time for Nick to get used to his 10×10 cement jail cell.
