According to reports, Donald Trump has dumped a lawsuit this week by simply selling one of his Atlantic City casinos to the guy that is suing him for a cool $316 million!

Trump just sold his Trump Marina Hotel Casino in Atlantic City to Richard Fields, reports the Miami Herald, with whom he’s been in a bitter legal battle in south Florida over the Seminole Hard Rock casinos.

The Don had filed suit back in 2004, but it’ll be dropped if the sale goes through.

His Combover’s lawyer says his client is “delighted” by the agreement.

Ya no shit? Talk about getting more than you are bargaining for out of a lawsuit!
