Dylan McDermott and Shiva Rose File For Divorce
Actor Dylan McDermott has called it quits with wife Shiva Rose after more than 12 years of marriage, court records are indicating.
McDermott, 46, filed a petition for dissolution of marriage in Superior Court last Friday citing irreconcilable differences, according to court records first obtained by CelebTV.com.
The couple has two daughters together and McDermott is looking to get joint custody.
