American Idol Season Finale: David Cook vs. David Archuleta Song Choices (5/20)
The American Idol executive producer Nigel Lythgoe, called into the Ryan Seacrest’s radio show on KIIS FM and shed a bit of light on what David Archuleta and David Cook will sing on tonight’s American Idol Season Finale.
He said that each finalist will perform three songs:
-One picked by uberproducer Clive Davis
-One selected by viewers from some sort of online “Top 10″ list
-One of the singer’s own choice — either a tune they have tackled on Idol before, or something new.
Lythgoe did reveal that David Archuleta has already opted to give us an encore of “Imagine.”
