Donald Trump Sells Palm Beach Mega Mansion
The Palm Beach Post is reporting that Donal Trump has sold the 62,000 square-foot mega-mansion that was listed for just under $100 million for around $90 million.
Donald claims to have bought the mansion for $41.35 million and has spent another $25 million on renovations over the past 4 years.
The six acre estate with 475 feet of direct oceanfront includes nine bedrooms, a ballroom, a colossal conservatory, two guest houses, a 100 foot-long swimming pool and garaging for 48 cars.
What’s even more shocking: The new owner is said to be considering bulldozing the mansion and subdividing the property. Now that takes some big kahuna’s!
