Heather Locklear was snapped yesterday grabbing lunch and the celebrity hot spot, The Ivy. From the looks of the photo, Heather was definitely trying to get noticed with lowing the low cut black dress.
Is it me, or does her hair look totally fried??? Perhaps a few too many bottles of bleach in her career??
