Law and Order Star, Dennis Farina, Arrested For Loaded Gun at LAX
Law and Order star, Dennis Farina, who also starred in ”What Happens in Vegas” that opened this weekend, was busted trying to take a loaded gun on to his carry on at LAX early Sunday morning.
What was he thinking???
The actor and ex-Chicago Police officer told the authorities he had ”forgotten” he was carrying a loaded, .22-caliber, semiautomatic pistol in his carry-on bag — caught while Farina was going through security at 8 a.m. before his scheduled United Airlines flight back home to Chicago.
Farina was originally charged with a misdemeanor, but since the gun was not registered, it was upgraded to a felony.
The actor was booked on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon and for carrying a loaded firearm in a public place. Bail was set at $35,000.
