Nick Hogan Court Hearing Results

Nick Hogan was in court today for charges of felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury.
The judge took a very long time in deliberation before giving his judgment for the type of punishment that should be handed down. It almost seemed the judge, Judge Philip Federico, was giving an interview to get his own court t.v. show. After all, those court t.v. shows do pay the big bucks.
The decision:
-5 years probation
-500 hours of community service with no buyout
-Revoked drivers license for 3 years
-No alcohol, alcohol treatment
-Defensive driving school
-$7,000 fine
-8 months in county jail!
The judge sure didn’t go lightly on Nick Hogan today. I hope that he learned from his mistake and will be able to move past this terrible tragedy.
