Britney Spears and Kevin Federline Back In Court Today
When Britney Spears and her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, both show up the courtroom today, it will mark the first time in more than half a year that both parents have sat before Commissioner Scott Gordon in their custody battle over Jayden James and Sean Preston.
Getting the two to actually show up is a different battle itself. Britney has tried two aborted attempts to attend court hearings in the past before being remanded to psychiatric care.
Today’s hearing will be evaluating Britney’s court ordered psychiatric evaluation and will revisit the observations on Brit’s parenting skills.
Britney has seemed to, on the surface at least, pull her act together the past few weeks. Ever since her father, Jamie Spears, has took control of both Britney’s finances and social life, Britney’s life has been going in the right direction.
The goal for today’s hearing according to Brit’s attorney’s: To have her visitation rights expanded to include overnight stays.
