Mischa Barton Will Accept Plea Deal in DUI Case
PEOPLE has reported that Mischa Barton will accept a plea bargain stemming from her DUI arrest that will spare her any jail time.
Mischa plead no contest to the DUI charge on Thursday in Beverly Hills Court.
She will serve 3 years unsupervised probation, attend a three-month alcohol-education class, and pay a fine of approximately $1,700.
A nice little learning experience for Mischa!
