Actor Colin Farrell visited Srebrenica, Bosnia this past weekend to get a feel for what it really would have been like to be a reporter during the 1992-95 war, in preparation for a new film.

In the report, Colin said:

“It is hard to describe how obviously the air and the land has been poisoned by the act of killing 8,000 people in the space of a day. But you really do get the sense of the pain and the loss and I am sad, I really am sad.”

The new movie, “Triage“, will be directed by Bosnian filmmaker Danis Tanovic. Danis is best known for the movie “No Man’s Land” that one an Oscar in 2001.
