Ellen DeGeneres The New Queen of Daytime TV
I never thought this day would happen, but ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ has topped Oprah in a popularity poll of television hosts .
The poll by AOL Television asked readers which daytime TV host made their day and DeGeneres, who opens “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” by dancing with her audience, trounced Oprah with 46 percent of the vote, while Winfrey only won 19 percent.
So having a little bit of character can get you a long ways in life after all.
