David Beckham Plays Historic Soccer Match
Soccer super star David Beckham represented the England national soccer team Wednesday night for the 100th time in his career, becoming only the fifth player ever to reach the triple figure in their history.
“David was so excited to play,” a close pal tells PEOPLE. “He is still enthusiastic and has a great passion for playing for his country.”
If David still has so much in his tank, maybe he can share some with the Galaxy.
