Who Woulda Thought, Simon Says Something Nice?!?
‘American Idol’ judge Simon Cowell, who unleashed some especially harsh criticism during this week’s reality competition, chatted nice as could be with paparazzi as he left the Ivy restaurant in West Hollywood following a Thursday lunch.
For a guy who criticizes others for a living, Simon shocked audiences by complementing his fellow judge, the perpetually loopy Paula Abdul, by saying she was a ‘very good kisser.’
The kind words came as a response to a viewer request for Simon and Paula to reprise a smooch that was televised during a previous season.
Simon responded, ‘The answer is yes. I’ll tell you why.’ He then turned to Paula and said, ‘You’re actually a very good kisser.’
